Application for Admission

The following pages request information about your child's submission to Jebel Ali Primary School.

It is your responsibilty to answer each question with as much information as possible, and to the best of your knowledge. Any item marked with an asterisk (*) is required to validate the application.

Once you have finished entering the information, the application will be required to be printed and faxed or delivered to Jebel Ali Primary School, along with the required Booking Fee (AED 500).

Before you begin, you will need to have the following information close by:

  • a copy of your child's passport;
  • previous school history (maximum of 3);
  • any contact details inside and/or outside the UAE.

NOTE: You will automatically be provided with a Reference number (Ref#) on the top of the next page.
Please keep a record of this, so if you do not complete all the steps required in the application, you can return to complete it at a later date when you have all the information (click here to RESUME APPLICATION). However, it will not allow any changes after final "Submit & Print" page.

At the end of this application, you will be given the option to "Review Application" or "Submit + Print Application".
